I seem to be getting texts from Orange (on OVP Relax 100) telling me that I had a call but no voicemail was left. Do these come out of my allowance ??

Hi FF99, Without sounding offish, this thread is really only supposed to be about the Vodaphone contract that came with the K750i phone from OneStopPhoneShop, but saying that, I have an Orange contract and no, you don't get charged for these text messages. I guess they just want you to use your phone more by calling the number back!

Just got my K750i on Vodafone 200mins + 100 texts. Does anyone know how to find out how many inclusive mins and messages you have left without ringing the 0870 number?

Did anyone else take up the Vodafone 200 x-net mins + 100 texts + Bluetooth headset @3.99 for 8 months? Rang up CPW Vodafone today and they said I didnt have any free texts included. Rang up OSPS and the guy said he'd write an email to the guy in charge of these !!!!-ups. Just wondering whether anyone who took this offer has had their texts applied yet. I even went to a CPW store today and she rang OSPS for me. She told me that OSPS told her that they couldn't do anything about it! My sales invoice clearly states these 100 texts are included. I know I could ask for a returns number, but surely since I have it stated on my invoice, they are obliged to give me what i've paid for? Any advice would be appreciated

to those who took out the k750i deal at the end of may with 6, 7 or 8 months free; have you just received your 3rd or 4th bill from cpw vodafone?

Ok - have checked and latest bill dated 13th August has got to be number 3 - however my understanding from osps is that the voucher becomes 'active' 4 calander months after the connection date and that they will accept bills dated up to 30 days prior to this date or the first bill after this date of course. I have an email from osps cs to this effect which I would be happy to forward if anyone needs it.

I was connected on 26/05/05 on the original "8 months free" deal.
1st bill was dated 07/06/05 (inc. the part month)
2nd bill 07/7
3rd bill 07/8.
4th bill will be 07/9...but 4months connection will be 26/9......so the 4th bill is the 1st cashback claim for me and I'll send it in on 26/9.

Right....?

ur 4 month on 26/9 for connection.ur bill of 07/9 is only 3rd complete month bill.so ur 4 monthly bill will be on 07/10.ur bill of 07/06is not a monthly bill ,it is only for 12 days & not a monthly bill.
