Just got email response from local Trading standards re changing the offer after the order was placed:
Am going to try and get refund from osps - wish me luckHowever, if the trader changes the terms and conditions of a deal between the
time the offer was made and the time it was accepted, then the trader is
required to inform the person who made the offer. In other words, the trader
should have told you that their deal had changed, allowing you the opportunity
to cancel your order, or to make an alternative offer.I think....0 -

By the way, does anyone have any more information on the 250 free text messages?
Just received my car charger too. In response to scumgrinder, yes I had to chase them up and get it delivered to me.0 -
Darren21 wrote:There was discussion about online billing when cancelling the itemised billing for this, I had a look into it and came to this:
'This final step will activate online billing on your account. This will mean you will no longer receive a paper bill - instead you will receive an ebill, with your bill attached in HTML format, to the email address you have given during registration. Once you receive your ebill you will be able to login and view your bill online'
Just pointing this out in case any1 does this - OSPS don't accept ebills so it will invalidate your cashback
I have activated this feature. However you should normally receive a paper bill with your final amount due each month. Mine is due today so I will let you know if I receive it.0 -

i dont get what you mean?
if you phoned voda cpw and told them to cancel itemised billing (after speaking to osps) is this ok? i was told you get a normal bill minus any itemised stuff via post as usual.
I totally agree with this statement. I was told by Voda @ CPW that I would still receive a min bill via post. I'll keep you posted as mine should be arriving anytime soon.
PS: I have not registered for ebilling on CPW website (yet)...0 -
I think people are confusing what I said -
If you sign up to ebilling you will NO LONGER RECEIVE A PAPER BILL
However if you simply ring up & cancel itemised billing YOU WILL RECEIVE A PAPER BILL STILL0 -

How more can I say ??? Don't try and confuse people please.
Thanks.
BTW just phoned Voda@CPW and they confirmed I had 6 months 250text free :T and my bill is on its way !! Coolio. If for sure ebilling removes that option then I'm not going to subscribe for this. Still I'm going to investigate on this.0 -
Hi all,
For those who have already registered with online billing and won't be able to provide a paper bill to claim cash back from OSPS or CPW.
You can switch back from online billing to paper bill:
Will I still get a bill posted to me?
No, once you register for Online Billing you will receive your monthly phone bill via email. However, if you wish to revert back to paper bills you can request to do so at any time by calling our Customer Services team.
Just contact them:

spoke to them today, was told car charger would be sent within 48hrs also my 250 texts were showing on my account....cpw blatantly lied when I was on the phone to them, basically telling you whatever they think you want to hear. hope osps are not like this as wellcharlotte3 wrote:I phoned them last week when I received the phone. They said they were out of stock of the in car charger but they would send one out as soon as they came in. Seems they have kept to this.
You could try ringing OSPS on their customer services number 0845-4567878 (01270 504400). Hope this helps.0 -

I'd be inclined to listen to CPW because they're the ones who bill you and add the texts to your account. If they're not showing, its because they didn't receive the full offer details from OSPS .
OSPS can tell you anything they like, but you're not paying your monthly bills to them.
What i've gleaned from this so far is that OSPS should have sent everyone's details across to be added to the CPW billing system, but they didn't include the 250texts so CPW didn't know anything about it. That's why it's been taking 3 weeks to get them added.
CPW have been very consistent and helpful, OSPS have basically told me a different story every time i rang them.
I'd leave it a few days and then check with CPW to see if its on your account now.
ps. OSPS have had the car chargers back in stock since last week. Mine arrived today, the day after the email saying it would be another 2 weeks....
