I phoned them last week when I received the phone. They said they were out of stock of the in car charger but they would send one out as soon as they came in. Seems they have kept to this.
You could try ringing OSPS on their customer services number 0845-4567878 (01270 504400). Hope this helps.Sexkitten

"There was discussion about online billing when cancelling the itemised billing for this, I had a look into it and came to this:
'This final step will activate online billing on your account. This will mean you will no longer receive a paper bill - instead you will receive an ebill, with your bill attached in HTML format, to the email address you have given during registration. Once you receive your ebill you will be able to login and view your bill online'"
i dont get what you mean?
if you phoned voda cpw and told them to cancel itemised billing (after speaking to osps) is this ok? i was told you get a normal bill minus any itemised stuff via post as usual.
they never said anything about online billing or an ebill?
i gave no email when registering? i didnt even register?
have others cancelled itemised billing via cpw?
can you clarify what you have stated please.
thanks,0 -
This is pretty confusing isn't it! But I have cancelled my itemised billing and the way I see it is that it simply means you will still be billed every month, by post, but your calls will not be itemised. Thus saving £1.50.
Registering for an on line bill is a seperate thing all together. If you haven't registered then you have not got an account.
If you do register however, then you will not receive a paper bill in future and you won't be able to claim cash back.Sexkitten

interesting, I finally got around to calling CPW- Vodafone billing, and they told me I don't have itemized billing on my account0

Just phoned Carphone Warehouse, then chose Vodafone billing section. Got to say, they're very helpful, much better than OSPS
