I have had no prior contact with them.
It looks like a mass produced standard letter with the amount of the DDs personalised.
I expect everyone affected by their error will receive the same.0 -
Letter received today stating April payment will be taken in June and £25 compensation will be paid to the card account before 15 June.
The same letter received today spelling out that two separate payments will be taken in June - one for April's missed one and a normal one. In my case two weeks apart.0 -
Same letter today0

Same letter to me today re the DD they didn't take. It will be taken in mid-June then the normal one at the end of June. £25 compensation offered. I had not contacted them at all.0

Paper statement received this morning - managed to change to paper the first day of the disaster.0

DD not taken on 8th May.
Paper statement dated 13th May shows the 2 month's total will be taken on 7th June.
No letter received regarding the missed DD or £25 compensation.0 -

Yes: I have been lucky and not missed any account or CCard statements. I am also able to make payments to my CCard and was able to restart my Monthly Saver. I think there must be wild variations across the country.I think this job really needs
a much bigger hammer.
