    Hi PJ,
Just had a call from Mrs, Gladstones have sent their DQ, a request for papers.
She panics quite a lot, took me a while to calm her down and explain I was expecting it and not to worry.

I can see how easy it is for people to buckle and pay these parasites.

    Second Anniversary
Hi inbcus, Just a few more stages to go through.

When you get your court date which will probably be 3 or 4 months away, put every single thing relating to the case in a box and put everything out of your mind, that’s exactly what I did. I was able to choose a quiet court ( St Helens ) there was only myself and the Judge in the court room and I even had an informal chat with the judge after the case.

I have to say how satisfying it is to win the case and also be awarded costs. I’ve just sent a request for payment to HX. If they do not pay within 14 days, I will send in the bailiffs. Regards

I seem to recall a post saying they were 2 weeks behind with DQs.

But as she's a worrier why not download it, the form is the N180, not the one Gs sent.

I have downloaded the form and filled it in electronically with Adobe.

I'll print it off and pop it in the post to Northampton

No, you email it like you did the defence. And I'd say it needs a proper signature.

I was wondering if I could email it, a lot easier.

I have a scan of her signature used for the defence, so that should work fine?

Gladstones DQ just had Gladstones Solicitors typed into the signature box on the DQ they sent

OK then yes, email it with a scanned signature.

I thought you meant you'd just typed it.

They can because solicitors don't have to use a physical signature, just their name is enough (have you never noticed that in any solicitor's letter?).
