Have you considered that during your experimenting you may have been locked out?
Well it hasn't happened yet. I was careful not to click proceed with an incorrect password more than once, to avoid being locked out

    And Wednesday's message is:

    Internal Server Error - Read

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Reference #3.8e791602.1524635769.14a6b75c

Dratted TSB migration! Now not only is access grindingly slow but the same "internal server error" messages have appeared when accessesing my Lloyds and HBOS accounts this morning.

Have the "IBM experts" recommended TSB switch back to the Lloyds computers (or persuaded Lloyds to convert to the Sabadell system)?

Working OK (by current standards) but slowly. CC available balance reducing OK with spends this morning. Due date is now on screen but minimum payment has changed to £0.00 !
  • not working for me. I can't even log in as its "incorrect". I did manage to get in once for a few seconds and then told i was logged off. Patience really running thin now. Pay weekend and I can't do any transfers.

I've tried in vain to log in this morning, as I have a payment I need to make. No such luck. The system either tells me that my login details are incorrect (when they've not), pretends to log me in only to display the "You've now been successfully logged out" message before even displaying my accounts, or pretends to log me in only to display a completely blank "Page not found" message. Now it won't even load the login page. I have not yet been able to even see my accounts, never mind making any payments.

I appreciate your frustration. The best option would be to use telephone banking.

    Should be even more compensation.

I wonder if IBM are still involved.

I think that they have got multiple problems to fix. Mr Pester will lose his bonus together with a lot of senior managers.
  • Managed to log in for the first time this morning by following the link from the TSB homepage and not my saved link. However, although I can see the account balances I can't move any money or transfer any.
    Progress anyway:rotfl:

Just completed a survey for TSB..gave them 10 out of 10 for everything, then they took me to the main TSB page and.... bingo... was logged in first time. Money still there and now 5% interest. What's not to like.

Unfortunately I don't have telephone banking set up. I was finally able to log in after around two hours of trying every now and then, and everything was super slow but I managed to make my payment. Should have taken two minutes instead of two hours, really.
