TSB planned outage

So TSB are still having problems. So much for the IBM experts fixing the problems.
Merva anyone ?
You're expecting a few people from IBM to have got up to speed and fixed issues in hours that an IT team whom know the environment and have taken years to prepare for are struggling?

I could get into my accounts today after a short wait. However I can't transfer any money. It accepts my password on login and then tells me it is either too long or too short when I want to transfer money. Has there been any updates from the TSB? Thankfully I can go into a branch today, but the poor staff must be exhausted with all the extra customers coming into branch. I do most of my transactions at the end and start of the month so will probaby have to go in tomorrow as well ...0

Do other people have problems with their statement balances?
My current balance looks like it's probably about right but if I look at transactions from February backwards then my balance is all over the place, it has me at -£2000 in January.0 -

The system is quite happy to accept my password to log in (eventually), so why is it suddenly not suitable to make a payment or transfer :mad:0 -
I'm having the same issue. My password is 10 digits long. A family member with a password 8 digits long is not getting that error message. Therefore I'm assuming my password is too long for their new system. It would be helpful if they told us!

Anyway, my password is longer than 10 characters and I can log in but haven't done a payment yet. I changed a standing order amount and that went through OK, though. If you want to transfer money between your own accounts then the Quick Transfer may work as that doesn't seem to ask for a password.
EDIT: I've tried a payment and that worked just fine even with my longer password.0 -
A different spin, I found I couldn't login on Firefox, it keeps telling me the password is wrong, but i can login on Safari..0
