TSB planned outage

There's a penalty to pay for writing bad English. So they actually meant "List of holdings" did they? And even then, who would naturally describe bank accounts, mortgages, personal loans, and credit cards as "holdings"? How amateurish.
Since we are discussing this in a thread with a title containing the word "outage" I think it a bit churlish to criticise TSB's decision to refer to a list of accounts held as a "Holding list".
(No offence to the OP intended, people appear to understand what 'outage' means)

I can't help but see this thread's title now as TSB Planned Outrage0

You'll find that a lot of poetry fails to conform to the normally accepted rules of grammar. You'll also find that I said that I didn't actually agree with this conventional wisdom.0 -

So TSB are still having problems. So much for the IBM experts fixing the problems.
