I am having the same problem, I can log in but get an error message when I try and move money out of TSB to another bank account elsewhere...

I have tried via my phone, safari and google chrome, still got issues.

I got eventually logged into my TSB account yesterday, their balance was different to the one on my spreadsheet so I went back to November last (when I opened the account) and compared the transaction record, they appear to have "lost" around 25 transactions.
I'm sure they will "find" them eventually meanwhile I know what they "think" I have in my account, but I dont think its right.

Online Banking STILL not working! How much longer can this go on?

Wasting so much time trying to access & need to make a payment.

    Various errors experienced.

If you’ve got their app, I’ve found that a lot better than the website in terms of reliability/errors etc

Also - a very important point for people using BOOKMARKS - the banking website has moved.

The old page (online.tsb.co.uk) just says banking is offline and has done all week. There’s nothing on it to suggest the page is old. I guess they might need Lloyd’s to edit the old page??

So best to go to the TSB homepage and click the online banking from there.

    I heard this as well.

The boost back to 5% interest is more than welcome :)

Didnt say for how long for though. Hopefully not just April.
According to TSB's Paul Pester in the interview (about 5min 20secs in) https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p065d973

    Q: "For how long?"
PP's A: "That rate doesn't change. That rate is there for good."

    Hmm. Hope he remembers that.

Online banking (from PC) still working fine for me. As it's end-of-month weekend I just swept up my interest and did two external transfers which reached the destination bank account within a couple of minutes.

Have you checked the payee details? I was failing to send money out to another saver and after digging about a bit, noticed that the last two digits of the sort code is wrong on my list of payees

I've never had it fail before so concerned that details got changed in the mess up. I've emailed to ask them to look into it.

I wouldn't bother with emailing them. They have had so many complaints and emails over the last 7 days that I doubt you won't get a response for several weeks.

Just sit back and wait for TSB to sort out the mess.

As I have said before, they will advise the press when they have a fix.

Just did a £1 test payment to my Santander account and back again. All worked instantly as it should.
