getting a bit worried now as I'm seeing a debit card transaction appearing on the statement and as a pending transaction.0

... The only reason there is a problem with "Holding list" is people are looking at a screenful of garbage/blank screen, drumming their fingers waiting for something useful, and making the assumption "Holding list" means they are in some form of queue.
Well, the page population rate is improving - but I haven't yet seen it get beyond being called HoldingList
Or found a logout function on it :T0 -
It's pure quality !!0

Website works ok...
But when I click on order a paper statement and choose some dates etc it always pops up with this No sheets available for this date range (In a red box) why is this? Didn't happen before...
Just wanted to check if I could order latest statement online o well0 -
Mobile app seems fine for me now, however it was showing a transaction as a credit, which has since changed to a debit and also seems to have lost all of my address details except Town and Postcode! Although the 5% is tempting for me to stay, I have to say I have lost confidence in TSB and am looking to move elsewhere for peace of mind. Random errors seen last week too and my payee details were also lost for a period of time.
I'm not after any compensation, as I haven't lost out financially, but I don't feel I can trust them anymore so think I will look for an alternative.0 -
It will take a long time for TSB's reputation to recover after this disastrous upgrade. I wouldn't be surprised if they decide that the TSB brand is so badly damaged that it's irreparable, and take the opportunity to ditch the name and rebrand the bank as Sabadell UK instead. Although it was Sabadell themselves who caused the problems, the majority of customers and the public don't associate TSB with their parent bank, so a new name would give them the chance to make a fresh start.0

Well that is spooky. Correct minimum payment is back but due date has gone.
Have you disabled the camera on your laptop/PC? I'm starting to wonder if someone in the IT department is randomly changing what people see and watching their reaction for a laugh. :rotfl:"In the future, everyone will be rich for 15 minutes"0 -

Do you remember the last major bank IT failure / hack attack? Has that bank changed their name? Do people constantly talk about how terrible that bank's IT is?
In a couple of months most people will have forgotten. Those that haven't will probably be switching away regardless of any rebranding. The TSB brand has a lot of recognition and loyalty, what does Sabadell have in the UK? ...some contributors to this thread weren't even aware Sabadell owned their bank."In the future, everyone will be rich for 15 minutes"0
