Has anyone else here had problems getting the website to save the User ID? I tick the box for 'remember my user id', log on and off, and next time it's disappeared. I admit I use some settings in chrome for deleting 3rd party cookies, so switched them all off, tried again, same result. Then tried in Edge browser with no cookie settings at all, same again. Tried on a PC and laptop. Is it just me?

STILL can't log in & now I'm getting annoyed. Have been prepared to 'go with the flow' (as long as the 'flow' isn't our cash disappearing from 4 accounts) as sometimes things do go wrong, but now I'm mad.

I just want to see the balances are still there & are correct. Grrrr :mad::mad:

Pleased to report I am now able to log in via using thumb print technology on my iPhone but not able to gain access yet on the iMac. Oh well at least that's progress.

Not been able to log in since last Friday, Not even got to first webpage, What a fiasco, I am now concerned what is happening on my account or even if \I have one left. Agree with previous comment, are TSB going for an entry in the Guiness book of records?

Decided on one last try & got in for mine and then husbands a/c's (don't have an app, using PC), FINALLY got in. Have been careful about upper/lower case anyway, but this time I counted the password digits as I was keying them in. Because it's so slow it appeared to 'drop off' the odd one here or there. So I typed again really slowly, & finally have got in.

Screen spent a little time in the correct 'next step' & though I could see it, it was shaded grey. Bit of patience & it moved on. I could look at balances but could NOT enter the a/c's further than looking - tried that on 1 a/c & just get a white screen. Not too bothered, just checking my dosh looks correct & still there anyway.

I managed to send some cash from both of my account last night. It took a couple of attempts on the second account but it worked. It's still a huge shambles though.
