Neither myself or MrsM can log in - "you have entered an incorrect user name or password" Oh no we haven't
One thing I wondered when I had problems initially was whether the login (username + password) has been changed to be case-sensitive. I don't think it was previously.
After three or four refusals, when I tried using my details in a case-sensitive way (well my best guess at it) I managed to get in... but that might just have been a coincidence because I haven't dared try since."In the future, everyone will be rich for 15 minutes"1 -

Yes I had the same thoughts regarding how it worked before and how it possibly works now. I have been careful with the case when entering my password and still its failing at the moment. Did get in briefly a couple of days ago.0 -
For the 1st time since this debacle started I managed to get the log in page to load.....however it wouldn't accept my details so I changed the password, still no go.
Then I come on here to see others having the same issue.
So,as a long shot I thought I'd install the app on my phone and lo and behold it works so if you can't login thru internet banking can I suggest you try the mobile app if you haven't already done so0 -

After repeated attempts I got in but then got a blank screen.
Eventually I got in to find my account and our joint account are in my husband's name.
