Neither myself or MrsM can log in - "you have entered an incorrect user name or password" Oh no we haven't

One thing I wondered when I had problems initially was whether the login (username + password) has been changed to be case-sensitive. I don't think it was previously.

After three or four refusals, when I tried using my details in a case-sensitive way (well my best guess at it) I managed to get in... but that might just have been a coincidence because I haven't dared try since.

Yes I had the same thoughts regarding how it worked before and how it possibly works now. I have been careful with the case when entering my password and still its failing at the moment. Did get in briefly a couple of days ago.

For the 1st time since this debacle started I managed to get the log in page to load.....however it wouldn't accept my details so I changed the password, still no go.
Then I come on here to see others having the same issue.
So,as a long shot I thought I'd install the app on my phone and lo and behold it works so if you can't login thru internet banking can I suggest you try the mobile app if you haven't already done so

I have managed tog et in this evening after 8 attempts.

It kept telling me that my user ID or password were wrong. Not true as they were saved on teh system.

After repeated attempts I got in but then got a blank screen.

Eventually I got in to find my account and our joint account are in my husband's name.

My husband cannot get in at all.

    So still a baxxs up.

    Cannot log in.

"9210358: You have entered an incorrect user ID or password"

Which is wrong as my user ID / password are saved with a password manager.

try try try and try again. They are limiting number of users, but rather than simply say they can't connect due to that limit it says incorrect information. Keep pressing submit and it will eventually let you in, maybe after dozens of presses.
