Sure that guy carrying the very heavy suitcases to his private plane isn't the TSB CEO, this is just a ploy to buy time.

Any bets on making it a whole week of out(r)age!? Even though everything is fixed apart from for a few customers. A few being about 100% I guess

The problem isn't too many trying to access the online TSB site at once, the problem is it don't work!:D

I find it amusing that the TSB homepage keeps on encouraging me to find out "Why you need to insure your bicycle".

Presumably some senior TSB execs will be needing to so they can use their bike to find a new job.

I still can!!!8217;t move money to a different account. I don!!!8217;t use the debit card so can!!!8217;t remember the PIN so it looks as though the money will be sitting there for a while yet! Luckily it!!!8217;s only a small amount but it!!!8217;s mine and I want it!

I paid my mobile bill by debit card yesterday as I don!!!8217;t trust TSB to have sorted out this mess by next week. I!!!8217;ll be on holiday when the bill is due so the last thing I want is to be cut off and having to sort that out while I!!!8217;m away.

All's well with my access now. So far! I've now set up Touch ID on my new phone and all looks good. All my accounts showing with correct balances.

Fingers are crossed.

Getting closer, but still can't do a payment. It gets past the previous error when entering the password, but now fails with a message about json and xml.

It's just like debugging one of my hobby programming web apps ;-)

It's not garbage, it's not their computer, it's the forum software. Which is putting character codes instead of apostrophes. It's happening all over the forum, has been for weeks now. Surprised you haven't noticed before. Alleged to be to do with people using ipads but don't know if anyone's actually confirmed that..
