Cannot log in.
"9210358: You have entered an incorrect user ID or password"
Which is wrong as my user ID / password are saved with a password manager.
Tried using a different device and both times I got the same message, even though I entered the CORRECT user ID and Password.
So TSB are still majorly ballsing up even though 'only a small number of customers are now affected'. They must all only be on mse:cool:0 -
I've not really been following the story as I don't use my TSB account much, but I wanted to book a flight today and my card wouldn't go through - is that due to the outage? I can't log in to my account either
If I can't book because of this and the flight price goes up, do you think I can get compensation?0 -

I used my TSB CC in a shop today no problem.
Think TSB would just say should have used a different card or a debit card but can always ask!0 -

Very true, S. But as we age we'd rather like to run fewer accounts. What's a reasonable minimum? Two current accounts, one O/L saver, one passbook BS account, one phone/post account, and two different credit cards?
2 current accounts, 2 credit cards, 1 or 2 savings account all with different banks and of course at least £20 in cash in your wallet at all times.
All these have helped me sidestep all the mini crises banks have thrown at me so far. Always been able to pay my commitments in some form.
Learnt from an experience in the 90's never to have all my money in one bank.
As I've aged I now run more accounts, so I don't know where you get your facts from. The more I live, the more I learn.
The more I learn, the more I grow.
The more I grow, the more I see.
The more I see, the more I know.
The more I know, the more I see,
How little I know.!!0
