Still not able to log on either the app or online, I just want to check if my DD payment has been credited, as it failed and made a manual payment.
Wonder if I have been charged if it has been missed, quite important as its a balance transfer offer, and dont want to lose the 0%.

Just in case it hasn't been mentioned.... don't go to the old URL 'online.tsb.co.uk' as you will just get a very helpful message:
"Sorry, Internet Banking is currently unavailable. We're making some essential changes on the site. Sorry for any inconvenience. Please try again later."
The new url is 'internetbanking.tsb.co.uk' (Sorry can't add link, due to new user)
Why they haven't changed the page to say the url has changed with a link or just put an auto forward?????!!!!
I managed to login, but also couldn't transfer any money due to the 'password too long or too short message', however I was able to transfer the money using TouchID on the mobile app.:beer:0 -

Yes, I'm stuck at that point too. I can look, but I can't make payments. The various DD/SOs appear to be going through OK though, so it appears the back end system is operational.
I can wait myself, but I sympathise with people that need to make urgent transactions.0 -

Just logged in, getting faster, filled in security no and waited.....you have successfully logged out.
