I logged in, took a couple of attempts. There is probably a lot more traffic as everyone tries to check when they can get back in. Who knows if this increased traffic is exasperating the situation.0

Finally got logged in just now. The statement print function doesn't work, which is incredibly annoying because that's what I want to do!0

One step forward, two steps back.Service temporally unavailable.
Can't even spell their error messages properly.0 -
Going to my bookmarked login page I get the response that internet banking is currently unavailable.
If I follow the link to the TSB home page then click on log in I get taken to a new login page.
It is necessary to re-enter the User ID and password. The stored information is gone. From 22 April 2018 the web address you see when using Internet Banking will be changing. Currently the web address begins with https://online.tsb.co.uk and will change to https://internetbanking.tsb.co.uk0 -
I just logged in to my TSB account page, slow but got there in about a minute. Payment in I made yesterday was there. Attempted to make a Payment out, didnt load up, then got message, You have successfully logged out:D
This could take some time:) hope its not as bad as the Co-op Energy IT upgrade of a few years back. Now that was BAD0 -
The whole fiasco speaks to an upgrade plan that was unreasonably optimistic. First rule of IT - it will go wrong. Second rule of IT, when it goes wrong, everyone wants to do everything all at once when it does come back, so you'd probably best plan for some extra capacity, yeah?0

How do you know they didn't?
There's no point in speculating about why it's not working yet, or suggesting ways they could have done it better, as none of us (unless you work in their IT department) know what was planned and what the current problem is.
All we know is that it is not running properly yet. Why speculate on why (without any information about why)? Why not just wait...0 -

Why even comment on my post, only to tell me not to comment?0 -
What a shambles. And you don't need to know the specifics to know this was not properly planned and tested before they tried to go live.0
