I have finally managed to get into my account but it is extremely slow.

Also, I cannot make any payments as I am getting an error message

getSignCaseByFilter failed and no fallback available.

Oh, well - I will try again later/tomorrow/whenever

Kept getting that earlier on the app. Keep retrying and it eventually goes through.

As I've already pointed out, customers can still use telephone banking and access banking through the branch network. It may be less convenient, but it is hardly worthy of such anger: mild irritation, yes, but anger, no.

I'm sure it is a small inconvenience for many but telephone access is difficult (by what we read) and there may not a convenient branch. I understand your point but even if just 1% of their customers are in difficult position, it is a major issue.

I've had 3 different error messages, third one is

Could not open JPA EntityManager for transaction; nested exception is org.hibernate.exception.GenericJDBCException: Could not open connection

I've just tried to go back but got a blank screen. Tried logging in again but I'm now getting the down for maintenance message

I'm glad I have several accounts

I can't get access to my accounts, keep getting told my details are incorrect (treble checked many times they are not)

Same for me. Details definitely correct but being told they are incorrect

I managed to log in and could access my account, but I couldn't do any money transfer. I get incorrect password or blank page etc.
