Payday for me, in a couple of days. How fortunate I changed to First Direct, as my salary account a few months ago.0

Sabadell successfully completes TSB technology migration
http://www.4-traders.com/BANCO-DE-SABADELL-260497/news/Banco-de-Sabadell-Sabadell-successfully-completes-TSB-technology-migration-26407873/
"Banco Sabadell has successfully completed the TSB technology migration. The implementation of the new Proteo4UK platform represents a new milestone in the history of Banco Sabadell Group, and particularly in its progress in terms of the bank's internationalisation. It is also the first ever project outside of Spain in which the bank has created a new banking platform from scratch and completed a large scale migration of the platform. The Chairman, Josep Oliu, has emphasised that 'with this migration, Sabadell has proven its technological management capacity, not only in national migrations, but also on an international scale. The new Proteo4UK platform is an excellent starting point for the organic growth of the business and the improvement of TSB's efficiency'. Oliu also stated that 'more than 5.4 million customers are now integrated into the new platform, which allows us to grow in a market as mature and highly competitive as the UK market."
You would have thought they would have checked it actually worked before they started boasting.
I've still never managed to even login, let alone see whether I have any money left.
Who do we reckon Sabadell will fire first - their IT Director or their PR Executive?
I'd do the latter first, as the IT Director may still be needed to un-do the mess.0 -

Tried again now a couple of hours later and this time it accepted me and let me in to my accounts.
Everything is in order and I can view previous transactions. Noticed a slight change to the wording of the monthly interest payment on the classic plus account. Did not try any transfers out.
They need to update the old login URL with either a correct notice or a redirect.0 -
Accessed my account around 1am. Went through login OK.
Only disappointment is that I can't see any extra money in my accounts.;)The more I live, the more I learn.

The more I grow, the more I see.

How little I know.!!0 -
I work in hospital IT - The trick is to deliver a realistic timescale with a bit of padding on just in case then people are impressed when you have things up and running 'early'
Anyway I can now get back into my app, but annoyingly all the cash machine transactions now show a generic 'TELLER WITHDRAWAL' rather than a rough location of where the cash machine was where I actually withdrew the money, hopefully they fix that!
Either way my £10 cashback ends in June/July so I'll be switching then anyway0 -
I can now login, but can't transfer money between my TSB accounts. My TSB credit card was declined for no valid reason 3 times on Sunday too, though strangely it was accepted fine later on that day elsewhere. I suspect this is related to the IT issues too.0

Going to my bookmarked login page I get the response that internet banking is currently unavailable.
If I follow the link to the TSB home page then click on log in I get taken to a new login page.
It is necessary to re-enter the User ID and password. The stored information is gone.
I can log in.
I have only a credit card account with TSB.
I am getting some very strange things.
Balance is correct.
Balance of previous statement is correct in the header but not below. .
Unable to see transactions since last statement. Clicking on recent transactions gets me nowhere.
I see a list of transactions from my last statement. Every transaction is showing as a - amount (refund) and the previous statement balance is stated as zero0 -
I can see my statement, but my direct debit, standing order and UK payment details have disappeared. Does this mean my bills won't get paid, I wonder? This could be scary..........:snow_grin"Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow........":snow_grin0
