No - I meant user unfriendly
Surely you mean users being unfriendly to it because they won't work out how to use it. It's like a light switch every one can turn it on , but some don't realise it also functions as an off switch:D

It isn't, which is why so many users don't find it so.

To be honest, I doubt many people really care what "many users" think about a GUI. It's only their own opinion that matters.

Personally, I can't stand the Windows 10 GUI. It's bloated, inelegant, and lacks sensible configuration options.

What's it like being stuck in a rut - with the same comments time after time after time ?
    Ironic comment ;)

I love W10 start menu, 18 Icons and a hidden list of all the stuff I use less often, get out of that rut and get with the W10 Menu:D

Your parents probably accept what they're given without thinking about it. And they probably only use one or two programs, barely having to interact with the OS UI at all.

I could have trained my parents to use Windows 10, but I wouldn't trust their opinions on UI design principles.

If you accept that MS are spying on your every move on-line (keylogger ?) and will soon be extending this with new T&C that they expect everyone to agree to... RETROSPECTIVELY !!
This means that everyone will be scrutinized every time that anything is input in a browser !!
They are clearly in breach of European GDPR
