Biglugs, how long ago did you place the order?  I ordered this at the end of september using a £15 off code (before the Trojan codes came along and I could have used £25  :() and I'm still waiting for it to be delivered as they are short on stock.  I ordered the tribal special edition one, so perhaps that's the problem.

Maridley, i too ordered the tribal edition of the GBA SP two weeks ago with no delivery as yet, i telephoned their (premium rate) phone line to be told they have only just received shipment and they would be posted out in the next couple of days, which was four days ago, if they asked me if i minded swapping to another version of the SP i would have swapped. I did notice however that the money £69.99 has been already deducted from my bank account!!

I was thinking of trying the order again and ordering in my dads name and to his address but then using my own credit card.

I used my daughters name (same initial) and our address, with my credit card, and it worked. I then used my husbands name but my credit card - which is actually only a second cardholder on his account anyway - and received an email saying as the card was not in his name, and to protect the cardholder, they had cancelled the order. Trouble is can't remember which item this was for so will have to wait for the rest to arrive and see which one doesn't - if you see what I mean.

The codes I tried were the £60+ £25 off vouchers and also a few P+P, and a £15 off one on another attempt.

Are there certain codes that do not work an more or have LXD rumbled us?

[EDIT] Thought it could be cos I was using FireFox, but tried it in IE and no luck on any of the £15 codes or the first lot of P+P

Guys my advice is call your *local* trading standards!

These guys accecpt your order online, and you place it in good faith that they will honour the order.

**NOWHERE ON THE TERMS OF ORDERING DOES IT SAY THAT YOU MAY ONLY USE ONE VOUCHER**

In the phone call they go on about "Company Policy"... this does not cut the mustard with the bloke from trading standards, and my local lot are happy to get on their case.

These codes do not produce warnings for me.

Hello, just placed an order for a camera last night using the ZG7488 code - 25 Pounds off 60 Pounds purchase.

Got a call from LXDirect this morning, they said any code start with 'ZG' is 'first order' code - this is not my first order so I can't use this code :-/

Well...as I quite like the camera, I thought I would still go ahead with the order anyway. Anyone experienced the same provlem with the 'ZG' code?

I had the same problem with the 'ZG' £10 code they told me this was a first order code and I had already used 3 first order codes so I cancelled the order.

I ordered a PS2 game and used the first order voucher and free P+P. i got an email saying i would be charged Total: £14.99

Ive just checked my bank account and i have had 29.99 deducted from my account.

What do i do here?
