So with my vouchers off i should have recieved it for 14.99, but they have charged me 29.99. What do i do here?

They normally credit it back to your card, they take the full amount and then they credit it back, failing that you could always try to ring them and see what they say.

It is difficult to say most of mine have all been done on the same day, they take the full amount and then credit back the discount at the same time, i would probably ring them, because if they dont let you have the discount and you havent received it then you can refuse the item when it comes.

ive just rang them, i was told to ring them when i recieve the game, then they will credit me then.

I had the same problem with the 'ZG' £10 code they told me this was a first order code and I had already used 3 first order codes so I cancelled the order.

When they said you had already used 3 1st order vouchers, did they say they will 'adjust' your account? i.e. they will charge you the full price for your previous orders....

Just received (at 7:00pm!) one of our Gameboy Advance SPs. Checked my credit card online and they took the £69.99 today and credited back the £25 discount at the same time - total cost £44.99 for something you can't get for less than about £70 in the shops. Result.
My kids are going to have a great Xmas this year!

Sorry it has taken me so long to reply, they just said that they would let the three other orders that i had used codes on go through but they would not let the order that I was trying to place go through with the code so I cancelled it there and then on the telephone whilst I was talking to her.
