just ordered a Brabantia bin and got the discounts altho had an email asking me to ring. Instead I replied to the email saying the order was placed in good faith and that if they had a problem they should contact me. I promptly then received a confirmation acknowledgement.

I've been trying to order a hoover from their site all day, thought I'd try my luck with the three codes (25%, £25 and free p+p)
Each time I got to the payment bit, filled everything in, pressed submit, and it says "the page you are looking for is unavailable"
Does this happen for anyone else?
I did try it with £25 off, and free p+p, but it did the same thing,
any ideas, pretty please? ;D

I placed an order on friday and used the £15 off code for the microwave. I rang littlewoods today to amend the delivery address and was put on hold then told the code i'd used was only for credit account customers, so i had to cancel my order. I have since tried to order again online but all of the codes ive tried (even the one that worked on friday) now don't work. The message asking to call them keeps appearing!

Think they're onto us!

So, the vacumm cleaner was delivered Friday and I noticed the full £199 was charged on the enclosed documents - how long should it take for the agreed discounts to be paid back to me ? ...(the agreed discount being the one the sales guy agreed to when I phoned them back at their e-mailed request).

Loafer and Nick_A, any thoughts on who the insider is, thread starter or someone else ?
...if its the thread starter, isn't it entrapment ? >:(

hey, thank you SOOO much for these codes...

i used 3 together, 20% off, £5 off and postage free, it went through correctly...

only thing is ur supposed to be 18 to use it, i said i was born 85 (18 in 16 days)... if they email asking to confirm, what should i do, do they use the DoB in relation to the card? (have switch) which ur supposed to be 18 to have anyway?
will it be okay, if they ask for Dob, do i lie or say its a typo?
