I order a Dyson and got charged the full amount on the 22 Oct + a £2.95 p&p.  after having to conceed to the £25 and free P&P vouchers. That left the 20% off voucher they aggreed to, which equates to £40. I still haven't had that discount refunded, so I guess they're not going to. How long had people had to wait for the voucher to be refunded ? Oh, and I haven't had a letter from them either!

...is this a scam they would usually play, in that you've had the goods for a while and the discount isn't refunded - so you phone them up and as you had the goods for longer than the distance selling duration, you can't send it back!

How long has it been since they took the payment? cos the voucher is usually refunded 'shortly' after - typically the same day.

I think there problems with the high percentage vouchers.

If this is your 2nd time ordering with them then dont expect to get the discount.

As for the 'dodgy timing' and 'scam' accusations, I agree with you!

Hi all.

Looks like this has run it's course. All codes that i have tried so far seem to be blocked. The system will not accept any of them at all.

Anyone have ny new ones that might work....

Nearly 2 weeks ago my partner ordered a Freeview box for £49.99 & added a £20 off code, it was accepted & box was delivered 3 days later. My partners' account was debited for the full amount & £20 was credited. Only thing was the box didn't work ??? It was sent back & within 3 days LXDIRECT had credited his account with £49.99, funny old world!

i ordered something off them a few days ago using the codes and had to ring the CS.
my order had gone through with 3 of the codes but they wouldnt honor one of them so i told them to take it off and proceed with the order.
stupid gonks cancelled my order ::) and now the item is out of stock even though the order had been accepted it was just a prob with one of the codes that i sorted out on the phone with them other day
after thinking about this i rang them this morning kicked up a fuss by saying that my order was cancelled and that wasnt my fault and now someone else has now got my item that was deemed for me etc etc etc and they are going to honor my original voucher codes when the item comes back in which should be in about 2 weeks time and given me a ref no

Used the 15% off yesterday ( XX959 )

It was accepted on the website, but I got a call from Littlewoods Customer Services informing me that the XX959 code was no longer valid.

I asked them to cancel my order, then checked on their website again .... the code is still being accepted online.

Bought GTA:SA and PES4 and used the £25 off and free postage codes, that was on the 3rd heard nothing since but money had been taken out at the full ammount of 62.98. emailed them to ask why the full ammount was taken and just had reply email asking where i'd had the code from to get the discount.
