Is it ok for a new LX customer to use the codes or do you need to be a regular customer? ???

I'm a new customer and I've just used the codes on a PS2 pad, got it down from £20 to £7... just gotta hope they allow it! To be honest I think it's better ordering from the website onto a debit card, they don't force you to input a phone number and if you read all the small text on the right, it tells you how to opt out of all promotional emails/letters/calls.

Just rang LX as they requested, turns out code XX959 (15% off) is not being accepted because "people are selling it on ebay or something" ::) They still accepted ZG3999 (£10 off) and the free P&P, so I've got my official PS2 pad for £10, same price as an imitation one off ebay

I WAS ASKED ABOUT THE 15% OFF CODE, I JUST TOLD THEM I GOT THEM OFF EBAY.

THEY REPILED THE CODES ON THE INTERNET ARE NOT VALID!! BUT THEY TOOK THE FREE P&P AND £25 OFF LOL,

MY CHILD MINDER HAD ZG7499 AND XX520 SENT BY LXDIRECT ON THE 10TH BECAUSE SHE HAD NOT MADE AN ORDER.

If I use a certain code e.g XX520 for £25 off, can I use it again in another purchase or does it not allow it? ???

Personally I wouldn't use lxdirect again!

I ordered a microwave, used the free P+P, and £10 off codes.. these were both accepted.. total price £22

When I didn't receive the microwave I emailed lx, their eventual response was that they had delivered it to the address I supplied with my order.. which was the same number and same town as me, but definately not my address.. My address was correctly shown on the order confirmation they sent me btw!?!
???
Anyway the upshot of it was that the microwave was now on its way back to them and I would receive a refund... 3 weeks later I am still waiting!

On a second order I made I was charged the full amount even though I have an email to state I would qualify for the £20 off voucher from there customer services, once I confirmed I was keeping the goods (which I have done)...
I am still waiting for the £20 to be credited back onto my c/card
