I tried to use the 25% voucher and they told me it's not valid their trying to find out who released these codes, so make sure you don't give away this site. So instead I used 20% + £25 off & fee P&P.

Let's hope they work.

this is c**p >:( I just placed the order with the 20% off and they just rung up and won't honour the voucher, it sucks big time. All they seem to accept is £25 off and free P&P.

For those of you who are worrying that you won't get your discount - don't depair!

When you receive your goods they will come with an advice note which will show the items at the full price.

If you call the number 08457 55 22 11 and quote your customer number, they'll tell you that once they are satisfied you will keep the goods and not return them, they will refund whatever discount is owing to your credit card.

what did you email confirmation say though? my email conformation said the voucher was removed by customer services!

I ordered up a washing machine today. Paid £20 for the 3 day delivery. When it came to the payment page, I put in the 20% discount and saved over £50. Bargain.
Big Thanx. Wife can stop going to the local river and smashing my clothes on the rocks whilst watching out for tigers. Shame, I always like to see tigers enjoying themselves... ;D

I ordered 2 digital cameras as christmas presents, and managed to use the 20% off code, then got an e-mail to phone them to confirm some details.

Used wife's credit card to order a hair dryer set and a hair extension set for £56 total, and used a £25 off code with free p&p. Got e-mail to say they would be shipped soon.

OK - to get the Nokia 3510i for £17.41 here's what I did.
I don't know if the codes are still valid though, as I think we've been rumbled.
I entered the code for the Nokia which gives a price of £45.xx, then I entered the 25% discount voucher which takes the price down to £35.xx, then I entered the code for the £20 off first order, which takes it down to £15.xx, then they stick on a few pounds for delievery, which gives me a total of £17.41.
here's another interesting point. When the goods arrive, your advice note will be for the cost of goods minus any percentage discounts. In my case the total was £36.xx. So, I phoned them up, and the lady said that my bank account would be charged with this price, plus postage, then they refund me £20 for being a first time customer. So the total is £17.41 ;D
