Yeah, my account was deducted 19.99 at first then they credited back 10 quid to my card so my balance was the correct 9.99.  Seems a bit of a screwed up way to go about things when they could just deduct the right amount in the first place.  Humph!  ::)

Did you have to phone about it or was it done automatically?
Well, still nothing e-mail wise. So I guess either they've forgotten... or they're not gonna let me have.

im shocked, i placed my first order online when i entered the item code it came up with a price that was £50 quid lower than the cataloge, and i used the 25% first order code and got off a further 25%, have applied for the flex account to spread the cost interest free too, blimey what a post many many thanks!

I used a 25%, a free P&P and a £25 on a v220 phone. I this morning got an email through charging me about £52 so i checked my bank account and they had taken £102 i wasnt best pleased so i phoned lxdirect. They said that they only accept one voucher per transaction so its now £77 so i said well youve taken out more.
Apparently they take out the original price and after 2wks, they know your gonna keep the phone they credit your bank account.

Just received the first Gameboy I ordered and the enclosed sales advice states the price was £69.99 (i.e. no mention of the voucher).
Am I right in assuming that the voucher amount will be credited to my credit card later (assuming they don't have any problems with me)?

I have just bought toys for my son for Christmas with a value of £70.91 for £28 !!! I think the trick is not to use 2 codes beginning with xx. This afternoon I also ordered the Nokia 3510i for £17 and everything seems to have gone through OK. I have recieved the usual emails saying my order is being processed.

well that happened to me, but when i looked at the bank they had taken full amount and when i rung them they said you only use 1 voucher at a time.

Biglugs, how long ago did you place the order? I ordered this at the end of september using a £15 off code (before the Trojan codes came along and I could have used £25 ) and I'm still waiting for it to be delivered as they are short on stock. I ordered the tribal special edition one, so perhaps that's the problem.

Code ZG3988 £10 off apparently this is for first orders only I placed an order for Simpsons Hit and Run last night and they have charged me full price, when i called them to query it they said that the code was just for first time orders.
