After using the real madrid link i decided to buy the champions league ball £30.
and put in the £15 discount, the free P&P and the 25% off 1st user codes. They all came up on the original order, £7.50.
Then the email came through, which had taken £15 off, and charged me £2.95 P&P, for a total of £17.50
Underneath the breakdown it said that my order contained the following discounts, and quoted the 25% off discount. But its the £15 discount that they appear to have used.
Can any1 please tell me what that means? I read that it was likely only the £15 or the 25% would go thru, so was prepared for that, but that the free P&P would still be eligible?
Yet there isnt a mention of the free P&P code on the order?
Any help greatly appreciated..

When two codes are used, they usually apply the one with the greater discount for you. As for tha postage code, they should've done that, but appears they didn't. So call them up after you receive your order and tell them you used a postal code. They should apologise and tell you that £2.95 will be credited back to you.

this morning i got a e-mail saying i need to contact them...

i think they have cottoned on to the 2 codes being user together...

has anyone else had this problem and have they called them...Not sure if I should or shouldn't call them.

What do you think...Should i call them or not???

Call them. It's most likely you cannot use both the codes together however they may honour it if it is the first time you are shopping with them. (As some moneysavers have 'got away' with using 2 codes).

It is also an opportunity process the order with one of the codes (if you are happy with ordering with one code) as the order is usually cancelled if you do not contact them.

I ordered a freeview box and used the £20 discount, 25% discount and free P&P codes together.
I got an email telling me to ring customer services, and they said you can't use those two codes together, so I cancelled the order. (Even with discount it's cheaper in Argos).
I then ordered a GameBoy game for £17.99 and used the £10 off and free P&P codes and got my order confirmed, and my wife did the same using a different credit card.
So TOP MARKS to Trojan - many thanks for the effort - saved us £20!!

Are the £25 codes all for new users? We are desperate for some new furniture for the nursery - haven't got enough room for the clothes our two babies have accumulated! I have just ordered a chest of drawers using one of the codes, but will I be able to order something else using another £25 code, or is that my lot?

PS - thanks for the great post Trojan, you've certainly saved a lot of us a lot of money! ;D
