Are you trying to use the same codes as yesterday.  Could be if you've used the code already it won't work and try another.  I placed 4 orders on Wed with different codes for different people and then used a different code last night for another order for myself.  Checked my account this morning and they've honoured the £25 off code.  (I used a £15 off code for myself on Wed).

Yeah they're codes I haven't used before. I dunno what's up, I'll try a different computer

I got rumbled yesterday through greed. Over the last 2 months, I have ordered using the £15 off codes 5 times.
The CS assistant I spoke to said through a hushed voice that if 'they' find out, they could take all the codes off me.
She has left them all alone though, however my last item has no discount - and will therefore be going back.

Caution all, they are checking more thoroughly.

I placed an order yesterday for a coat on sale at £75 and used the £25 code + the free postage so the order was showing £50, but today when I got the Order Acknowledged email it was showing a total of £75 even though the £25 discount was mentioned, is this normal?

My question is am I going to be charged the total(£75) or will the discount be applied later

I had to phone lx today as my order had not arrived.
I was just told it was being "held" at the depot.They couldnt tell me why,and couldnt say when i would receive it.
Has anyone ever heard of an order being held ?

Used the £10 off code yesterday. Received conformation today that all's well. I haven't yet worked out how to do the free P&P codes as well. But I'm not pushing my luck. Ordered a Nike top for my boy at £14 less £10 plus 2.95. Total £6.95!! YOU COULDN'T MAKE IT UP!! This is TOOOOOOOOO good to be true.

Once you've entered your money off or discount code and it's accepted it then enter a free delivery code the same way before you click on how you want to pay.

I think they may charge you the full £75, so once you recieve it, you'll have to call them and tell them they've made a mistake as it showed the discount on your email. Hopefuuly, they'll refund you. If not, then you can return it if you want

I placed an order on Thursday with the £25 off code. My confirmation e-mail said £63.99 although the discount was mentioned at the bottom of the e-mail. I have an account with them and went in to check it and the £25 has been deducted so you should be okay yip75.
