I have tried clicking on the email they sent me confirming my order. But when you click on the link in the email that says click here to email us. Nothing happens.
I have sent one to the same email there email came from queries@lxdirect.com . But im not sure if this is the right one.?
I need to contact them because £222.93 has been taken from my account. I dont know who has taken it yet, because it hasnt shown up on my statement yet. But I know that amount hs been taken from the money in my account to the available balance. I dont have anything else to pay out so far, so it must be them.
Now my order did come to £222.93, But with the 25% discount I used .I should have been charged £167.93. But I think they have taken the full whack out. So I just need to email them and ask.

You can use each individual code once. LX will know when it’s being used again, so make a note of which ones you use.

I know it says that you can’t use the same code twice but when I went through to the checkout I used the £15 off code when you spend over £25 and also code for free P&P on two seperate purchases and they both showed the discounted price, then went ahead and paid.

My question is although I have received the standard 'order received' e-mail from them, how will I know if I got charged the discounted price or 'normal' price? Do they send you another e-mail to confirm how much your order was for or do I have to wait until the payment has come off my card and then check it on-line?
