I had this problem too with placing the order. I was trying to use my switch card and because there's no issue from date, I was leaving the field blank. The website has it as a necessary field.

I did it again and put in a made up 'issue from' date 3 years prior to the expiry date and it went through no problem. See if that works for you.

Boo, just had the email to contact them as had ordered in my husband's name earlier today. They won't process the order as I have already used a discount in my own name and they will allow only one discount per household. Bit tight as was only using the £10 off voucher - their loss as I won't order it from them at all now.

Gosh that not fair - its per customer - who do they think they are - Wishvalue! All three of us in our house have used the £15 code and free PP - the final item just been delivered a Tefal steamer for £3.99.

I'd just try again - someone else is likely to process your order and it might go thru.

Hi,I placed 2 orders today one in my name one in hubbys different codes used (both for £10 off though). I have received the 2nd acknowledgement emails for both,which show what i ordered and the discount code used etc...
I am right to pressume ive got away with it ?
