The 20 pound voucher does not take it off your order but they add it to your acocunt

Managed to order a Black and Decker scorpion electric saw for £27.99 delivered, instead of £59.99 in other shops!

Got an email asking me to contact them, so I though 'uh oh, they're going to ask about the vouchers', but it was just to confirm the sale as I didn't have a customer number, being my first order. Was told that the item will be shipped shortly and I should get an email confirmation within 2 hours.

I'll see what turns up soon, hopefully.

Been charged £29.99 for something that should have been £14.99 with my £15 discount. Can someone please confirm that my account will be re-credited? I'm a bit worried :-/

Had a phone call from LXdirect customer services today- thought here we go! But no, just confirming that the order has gone through with the 20% discount.
Delivery won't be until Thursday as orders aren't processed through the supplier until Monday.
As I ordered on Friday, I thought 6 days delivery was a bit rich since I paid £20 for the 3 day thing. Angry communication to customer services demanding compensation being typed... >:(

Used 3 codes yesterday & got a mail asking me to contact them - reluctantly phoned them only to be told...........they needed to clarify my date of birth! Thought I had been rumbuled!
Asked if that was all they wanted & they said yes & that I should get my delivery soon.

I was worried about my £25 discount not showing on the delivery note so I emailed to ask where it was, and got this reply:

i ordered a united shirt got the £15 off and i got the postage and packaging off. Total £19 ;D got an email confirming it. The only bad thing is that there is only one £15 code working and i have just used it so whatever i buy now wont be that cheap unless i spend about £60 shame. Anyone used the same £15 code more than once on different orders?

So far i have managed 2 orders

First one was £15 off

Second £10 off

Maybe i am getting greedy but tried again with the £25 off and got the dreaded email claiming "only 1 offer per household"

I was thinking of trying the order again and ordering in my dads name and to his address but then using my own credit card.

I read somewhere that it was not possible to do this as the credit card address must agree with the order address or it would be seen as credit card fraud. Is this correct??

Anyone know??
