I think I understand. You appear to be saying you're a loner and don't mix so the only interaction that you have with others is negative because it's only the negative behaviour that warrants a response from you. Is that it?

If so it seems a great shame that you have no 'normality' in your life and some nice decent people to mix with. I understand that things are made more difficult by you being autistic.

Somewhat, I get lonely but if I do get company I want to have my peace and relax but part of that is like even before my anxiety if I had a day at work I wanted to relax on the sofa not go for a drink, I only really drank when I was unemployed or if I had some work colleages for a special night out because on top of being exhausted I didn't want to come home midnight-3am to wake up around 7.30am for college, hard enough on like 4 hours sleep but hungover impossible but it made it hard to socialise.

I am very talkative when I am relaxed with someone to point people tell me to shut up as I talk too much, also why on here I go around in circles as I like to explain in detail so I don't miss stuff out but that complicates things.

So I get lonely but when around others I want my own peace and quiet, same for relationships I am a very affectionate person but on top of what I said I find sexual contact dirty and makes me ashamed after I do it but I do like affection a lot, but even then if im having a bad day or im tired I want to block out the world and be left alone.

But the big issue is I need a friend I click with, at school I had 2 brothers I was friends with (one with autism, one hyperactive) I got on with the younger one better as we had near identical interests in comics and video games (he went on to study video game design at university and set up his own computer shop before he lost it in the recession) I did lose contact with him and hes not on social media so hard to find (though paranoia is that he heard about the death in family as he was highly religious) we used to go round each others houses and have a laugh honestly in most ways best friend I ever had.

Its why again I go back to the social work thing, I need something to make me have a clear goal in say going for a trip, and someone to have a laugh with etc to loosen me up.

It sounds like you might benefit from a befriending service, Mind do them in England so I assume they do in Scotland. Maybe something to speak to your social worker or GP about?
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.

Heres what I ate yesterday, 6 ginger nut biscuits, drank a cup of diet pepsi, ate a supermarket cheap frozen pizza, and had a bowl of cereal for breakfast.

There is literally zero nutritional benefit in what you ate yesterday.

The quality and variety of food you eat has a massive impact on your health so you desperately need to improve that. As many vegetables as you can stomach, oily fish, good-quality meat, fruits, salads, eggs. All can be cheap and all will benefit you enormously.

I know, but the point was volume im not stuffing my face with as much as I can as often as I can.

I used to eat meat more often but it ended up making me feel bloated and pile on weight.

My favourite things are more carb, fill me up without eating too much or piling on weight, potatoes, pasta, bread etc.

Neither of those will help you. Instead of spending £7 on a takeaway, you could go to Waitrose and buy two poached salmon fillets, a vegetable steamer bag and a couple of potatoes enough to make two full nutrient rich meals that take minutes to prepare.

Imagine what you could get from Aldi, or another cheaper supermarket.

Changing your diet to include a lot more fresh produce will improve your health no end.

Im at college 3 days a week, work 1 day, and the other day I use for job coach and drs appointments etc.

The days I am in college I wake up around 7an and get home 6-7pm

The dietician I had said my diet was fine just to sperad out what I eat over 3 meals as I was eating what I do eat in one large portion around bedtime.

On another thread, a couple of weeks' ago, you posted that you only went to college on one afternoon for 2 1/2 hours. On yet another thread you posted that you were isolated, never left the flat unless you forced yourself to walk round the shops occasionally, just to get out.

I wish you well but you really shouldn't keep changing the facts to fit your argument.

And you shouldn't twist things to suit your own agenda

A few weeks ago I talked about how I had something called an APPOINTMENT which meant I was only in 2 and a half hours.

Because at same time why would I on a different thread complain it cost me like £8 a day to go to college if it was just one day a week?

And yes when I don't have class I am isolated, just like before I started college I am isolated, just like I come straight home from college and don't leave the house so I am isolated

Shame you have to degenereate the thread into trying to find anything to spoil taking things out of context and act like I am lying, it says a lot about your personality.

Who said I spent £7 on a takeway? Certainly not me and considering I put I spent £2 further up. If I spend that its once per week when friend turns up and only then becauase of delivery costs.

I wouldn't pay £7 for a takeaway very often plus thats insulting my intelligence, I ate fish twice this week as I got it as a yellow sticker item costing 20p, I can get a large bag of potatoes like 7.5kg for as cheap as £2. I can get tomatos for like 50p, beetroot cheap, loads of things.

So yes I know how much things cost.

I don't know what you spend. All I know is that you spend so much time in them that you end up frequently fighting with children.

People are trying to give you advice, but it seems you want to be the victim in everything.
