Yep, twas a good day!
Duchy - have you checked that traveline.org.uk site? Its been an absolute boon to me in doing mystery shops in weird local villages with buses run by totally different bus companies - public transport all over the region. At the moment, its coming up with that new site plusbus.info quite a lot, combined rail and bus tickets. I'm going to pm you this to make sure you see it....2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
Morning!
I'm feeling a *lot* more energetic - have to make sure I don't spend it all just in dfw stuff, and keep some energy by for *pleasant* things to do .... so today:
- collate French papers.
- off to the post office, to post them and a "new home" card to bezzie mate thats just moved house.
- 2.5 hours paid work.
- got to phone someone to arrange some more work on Wednesday.
- scan ID documents for minxy withdrawal.
- done my scratches.
Thats it! Anything else will be spent finding cats to stroke (neighbour's cat is a bit traumatised by various events next door, won't come to me any more).2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
Aww, glad to hear it KC. xBlackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

Thanks Bob! I haven't done the minxy withdrawal, I've had another little thingy on the go, so not had time, and I'm a bit tired now, but still got 1.5 hours paid work to do. Thats okay.
Hope everyone has a good evening.2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -

Sooo true!
I did *lots* of decluttering yesterday too - old mystery shopping papers, all sorts of things. A pile of A4 sized papers six inches high, hurray.
Today, I'm still celebrating the feeling of having got the French papers away in the post, tho I'm still not sure I've done enough detail on them. Bah humbug, I'm going to forget it.
I have 3 hours paid work, plus my partner's coming round for a weekly official chinwag (we call it a staff meeting), so not that much time for dfw stuff. And anyway, this week is a catchup week - I've got a lot of things that I'm waiting for the results for - matched bet, the thingy from yesterday, scratchcard money arriving from both websites, a bingo withdrawal still to do - so although there's another £30 or so I could be doing (jaxx points, couple of mystery shops this week, some vouchers from totesport) there's actually about £130 in total I need to watch for, so I'll let all of that settle first. Thats quite enough for now! My next overpayment will be near at that rate.
