I'm glad I'm not the only one! But you managed to do it .... I just kept thinking, how do I want to use this time? How long will I want to do this? I just couldn't make myself.... I'm sorry I'll miss out on that introductory tenner, and it does sound good once its up and running, but I can't be sorry I missed out on all that techie struggle to get the things going. I'm pleased I made a choice to stop, actually - the reason I get "dips" is that I struggle on regardless. Hey ho.

So, today is an odd shaped day. I've done the scratches, done a compo that Bob pointed out on OO's thread (and noted about the Daily Telegraph pashmina, very nice too), so for the rest:
    - I've had the withdrawal "approval" from minxy, so I'll be trying to *actually* withdraw.
    - some more admin stuff to catch up on... an email to rejoin an organisation for work (I let it lapse, oops)
    - apply for a bonus E100 on paddypowertrader.
    - check the banking.

That'll be enough of dfw work, as I have 1.5 hours paid work at home, then I'm off to London to work there. In between all that, any other "energy" (wossat??) is going to go towards tidying!

I was just checking an email account, and it looks like ipoints are going to turn down a query of mine about a bingo offer. Of *course* I did it for the ipoints ... why else would I s*dding well play bingo? I'll wait until the bingo company comes back to me, but unless they can help with ipoints, I think I'll just chalk this one down to experience - I'm still slightly in profit with ipoints bingo, despite them turning this one down, because the previous offer was so good - but frankly I'll sting them for everything I can..... weaselly weasels, thats what they are, and thats an insult to weasels :rotfl:

Morning Seaxwyn! No, I haven't, actually. I haven't been back on qype, either - which I might do today, actually, do a bit of wandering around on the site rather than doing another review.

Otherwise, I'm having a slow, sloooooow, start today, I think I've found out what my headaches are, the ones that I wake up with - I had a really bad one last night, I'm only just upright, and I'm only on the computer cos I have to find aphone number to cancel a mortgage review. The headaches are food allergies! I had it late last year with cheese, I think this is chocolate. I can probably cope with one piece of chocolate in the daytime, but late on, its a nightmare. So no more late night chocolate for me. :(:(:(

OTOH, its a beeyoootiful day here, I'll go out for a walk and get my head clear. Literally!

Ah - its prob the same thing then. Such a shame too - I bought those lovely M&S "Extremely Chocolatey" round biscuits, I love them and rarely have them. I've just had a couple, about half an hour ago, whereas last night I had four :o

I've also just phoned Sky about possible ways of cutting down my subscription, and about them charging for a single Freeview channel (UK TV History) - useless numpties  I emailed them afterwards, but just realised I've forgotten that I sussed why they tried to keep me holding on - its cos of this:

"Calls to Sky 0844 numbers cost 4.89p per minute plus a 6.85p connection fee for BT customers."

Sceptical, moi? As soon as Stargate Atlantis is finished, I'm cutting Sky off, I can't bear to subsidise this sort of sharp practice. This is what gives capitalism a bad name.

And they have taken to getting rid of alternative Landline nos. All the ones on Saynoto080 are rapidly going.
It is a pain when just trying to get some customer service, which should all be included in the price.
