  • I've abandoned my diary a bit, maybe in need of a new start with it, I dunno... need to get back on track with lots of things like money making, job hunting.. but need to feel better first, still not right! I'd quite like to start this year again...

Whats up hon? It sounded like you'd come through a bad patch a few weeks ago (just as I was going into mine). Do you want a shoulder to pm to?

Just work and feeling run down (I'm on my third lot of antibiotics in a month - apparently I have a sinus infection on top of the cough/ chest infection, blah).. and not being able to do anything about work situation cos I feel so rubbish! Having to give up on the marathon as I've not trained for two months and I know my friend I'm meant to be running it with will think I'm letting her down

Apart from that, life is fairly good really - lots planned to look forward to, if I could just find the energy!

Oh I remember your antibiotics! You *have* been on them a long time. It is *so* horrible when you know you need to get out of a situation (like work) and you can't cos you haven't got the energy. Partly because of the bad situation itself. But at this level of unwellness, your friend will understand, I'm sure - she won't be happy, but she will understand.

I hope so - I think she'll be a bit huffy about it, but hey, I can hardly walk home without getting out of breath, never mind run! :o

Ooh - did you sort out shop & scan OK? I joined ages ago but could never get the registration code to work properly

Another oops - I sorted them by telling them I wasn't going to bother - I had to get a usb connector, then the password wouldn't work, then they'd only let me use IE, which wouldn't load..... forget it, life really is too short. They're sending me a jiffy bag, and asked me to get a Certificate of Posting.

I would have just keeled over at the thought...life is definately too short:rotfl:

It felt very liberating to turn them away! It was barmy, truly. I'm happier doing/learning to do matched betting reloads - just done jaxx purely on jaxx points, £5.93 profit for doing nothing.

I think I'll be kicked off shop & scan soon as I keep forgetting to scan, and then forget to upload! Every so often I have a random shuffle through the fridge/cupboard and scan the stuff I think I've bought that week then just upload. Rather a lot of hassle for a quid a week, but I've been thinking on it as £50 a year instead. Wish my kids were older!

Brilliant result with the squares. My chart hasn't been touched for ages, I really need to get back into it. I've made a concerted effort not to abandon it though so I don't feel too bad about it - I'll get back to it eventually when all the spending has stopped.
