    :hello::hello::hello:

    Hi there!

Yep, it feels tres bien to have sent off the stuff to France. I'm so used to slogging away, tho, I've only relaxed a bit - tonight, for instance, altho I'm practically laying down watching tv, I'm also arranging papers for the 08/09 English tax year - I *do* often do that, I'm afraid, & I'm still late, but I'm going to try to make it better this time....

And just to get some perspective on my catching up this week, I made a list ... and I have a dozen finance-y type things to do/organisations to moan at

On the whole, I'd rather be on holiday :rotfl:

Ooh, that would be nice.... I'm taking some time off in the second half of March, got some things lined up:
    - go see aged P.
    - go watch a friend of mine be a magistrate in London.
    - go to an organisation called Cafe Scientifique - I'm an astronomer in disguise, dontcha know ...
    - four hour course in St Albans on trading.
    - meeting in my own town on "spiritual gardening", whatever that is ..
    - got a day's possible CPD about Brief Therapy - I'd be doing it for my own self, and CPD is always good to get, but its expensive, £105 for the day.

Hmmm. Doesn't sound very break-ish written out like that, does it? Of course, I'd be seeing the new baby as well, in Birkenhead somewhere.

I've been invited to go see a cousin in Germany....

Oh god, I have no idea! When are you going to see your daughter again?

Great to see that you're a bit better - was lying in bed last night hoping that you were feeling a little more colourful. Brilliant that you've finally got those sodding French papers finished, what a huge weight off your mind, and a real achievement since it's something that has dragged on for so long. Well done for finishing it all, especially when you've not been 100%.

Good on you for walking out of the hairdressers. Rip-off merchants.

I'm probably waaaaaaaaay behind you all, but have you seen the latest Gala promo? £1 free a day if you just play one game (2p). Until 22nd Feb I think, valid once each day per account.

Hiya! Thank you for your thoughts! That is *sooo* nice. I hadn't seen the gala thingy, ta - there's a friend doing a thing on my gala bingo account, so I'm not sure I'm eligible. Pm-ing you.

Me again! Another day, another dollar, as we used to say in Liverpool (its the American influence, dontcha know). In my case, another £77.50, which is my net profit from the thingy a friend was doing for me. Hurray! I just coloured in 3 of my £25 a pop squares, the total for the next payout is edging upwards again.

This is still catchup week, so I'm watching for things to happen that I've set in motion, or finishing things off, rather than starting anything new. For instance:
    - finish dodgy registration with shop and scan
    - wait for butlins money to come in from latest scratchcard withdrawal
    - do another ten posts at bingoport
    - make sure I put a tesco order in, to use up stuff that'll expire by end Feb
    - check vcbet, the free bet should be on its way today.
    - use jaxx points for a free bet.
    - query ipoints and jackpotcity bingo
    - reload ebid - I'm thinking this is a waste of time, but I've done the work, I might as well do the reload work.
    - use totesport vouchers that arrived in the post - bingo and casino chips. If anyone has any idea *how*, let me know! (the casino chips, I mean).
    - book train ticket to Liverpool.
    - rejoin an organisation that lapsed last month - not a big deal, but I should rejoin. Bit of an oops, that one.

And I do want to walk around the block, and I have to print out some genealogy stuff for my mum. Oh yeah, and I have some work to do - had a cancellation, so 2.5 hours to do. Work does get in the way of my life sometimes :) mind you, if I had enough work to pay all the bills, I wouldn't be doing all this *stuff*!

Hiya! I was about to find a post of yours and hunt previous posts to see where you were. In fact I'll do that in a mo.

No *idea* what spiritual gardening is - I just hope it isn't a variant of biodynamic (planting etc according to phases of the moon, been there, done that, got the T shirt).

I *love* filling in squares, however! I should be able to do another one soon - vcbet, jaxx, anything I can make from totesport, I have a lightspeed voucher to get, even without my jackpotcity ipoints I have enough for a £10 ASDA voucher - this is what I mean by a catchup week!

This morning, I've done shop&scan, gala, ipoints and ebid - did minxy and moneybookers yesterday. Going to have a celebratory cup of coffee now! After I've checked on Squizz, of course.
