Thanks folks, it means a great deal that you would post on here.

I was down a snow hole, temporarily. I've just about climbed out. As for changing what I do, Z, I already have, thats why I came back to post. Hugz is enough right now, honest.

I *have* kept on working through all of this - I've got my usual evening sessions tonight, though I've just cancelled a mystery shop in my local town centre, I just couldn't face doing it. There's a big feeling of relief about that....

This has caught me by surprise, I must say. I'm feeling a bit stronger this afternoon. And thats the thing - I can recover from this, I'm not one of those poor people caught in the Australian bush fires, I can come through. I *am* coming through. Its been very powerful to see people posting their concern on here, and I thank you all.

We all have a few bad days and the weird thing is others are better at spotting it even through the written word, as you did about me the other week. I have no doubt you will get through it, just realise that you are not on your own..i know it is virtual, but non the less is meant with integrity.
