I think I might do that right now, actually - I've had the fire on almost since I got up, but my feet are freezing. Got to post a birthday card, so might as well do that first thing. Minor point - I have to get washed and dressed (not got clients till 2pm, thats why!, oops)2023: the year I get to buy a car0

Ah yes, the distracting wonders of the World Wide Web.... still not dressed, but decided to search my past diaries and find the title of a patchwork book my mum wanted. Finally found it, looked at Amazon - the previous edition is £13.43 plus delivery, thought I'd check at Borders. Hey presto, the present edition is £12.80 something delivered to my house. Hmmm. I'm really glad I thought of checking!2023: the year I get to buy a car0

And don't forget to check for Borders coupons0

Thanks Olive! Hey, how are you? Just going to click on your username to find out, but feel free to update on here...2023: the year I get to buy a car0

Hope you are feeling a bit warmer now, i have taken all day to warm up..Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?
Still lurking around with a hope of some salvation:cool:0 -
Hi all..glad it's not only me feeling the cold..it's freezing today x0

I posted earlier this morning but lost the thing... I should *not* be on now, but I can't resist posting an update - I got £63 for mystery shopping fees! As well as winning something on pigsback, for which I've ordered a JL voucher - I'll find some food in waitrose I can buy - not the pesto any more, lol, but even dried beans or gluten free flour or something.
I started to use one of my accounts solely for money earned this way, and its now up to £433.44 since about July - when it gets up to £500, I'm going to pay another chunk off the mortgage. I can't tell you what a boost this gives me!
Right, off for a quick shower, then off to London in *thirty minutes*! Eek....2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
