Boy, that list was *not* inclusive:
    - email to beloved American cousin
    - contact electrician as recomm. by Southern Water to find out about electrical earths connected to water pipe, eek.
    - print out, do and submit two mystery shops, I've been emailing and phoning back and forth for ages about them.
    - order Stargate SG1 S10 - thats what I'm going to do first!

That's a fantastic saving! We've got a water meter that we don't want, wish we could swop.

Did you include on the meter calculations the amount of water that you use for the making of coffee?!

    - email re. professional development hours.
    - contact electrician as recomm. by Southern Water to find out about electrical earths connected to water pipe, eek.
    - print out, do and submit two mystery shops.

Ooh yes, it was good - Shepherd and Ronon stuck together (I love 'em both), McKay wibbling for the Olympics, Carter out of it (what was she ever doing there??!) Kayleigh from Firefly getting stuck in, that baby out of the way for now (I don't like that storyline, I never like superbabies being born, like on Angel, a real nonstarter). And Daniel's going there soon! Okay, I'll stop now! What did you think?

  • I know what you mean about the story line, there used to be a program called V..there was a superbaby on that was a mix between the alien species and human..
lots of that kind in sci fi storylines, so i reckon they could have come up with something better.

    - contact Southern Water and tell them I want a water meter. I finally got onto their site yesterday evening and used their calculator to see if I'd be better off.... according to THEIR calculations, my bill would go down by about £28 a month!!!!! So that *has* to be done today, thats absolutely mad. I was thinking conservatively it might be £10, but this is madness. And think how much money I've wasted over the years! Okay, rant over.... done!

Once I went to the water company's site, it was incredibly simple. Conservatively, I could've been saving £20 a month for the last two years, say. I cannot believe I've been throwing away £500 or so
