    Nooo! I just posted on your thread, saw you were back, it doesn't sound a washout at all! I'm a bit surprised myself at the amount of housework I've managed to do, I carried on in the kitchen, and cleaned the floor in the living room as well, tho not all of it.

    And just now:
    - inputted a "data received" mystery shop thing - a whole £1.50!
    - realised why I couldn't use moneybookers today.... they offer you the chance to verify your address, for something or other, and I said yes, I will. I've got the verification letter, but haven't inputted the data yet :o will do that now.

    Ooh, grocery shopping:
    1kg parsnips £1.09, 2 packs basic jaffa cakes (!) 62p, spaghetti 23p, broccoli bogof 99p, mushrooms 79p, onions 47p, bananas 29p, 150g choccie for cooking 79p, pear cider from Mr T, experiment, £1.10. Does it taste remotely like cava????? Total: £6.37. Not bad. Off to update sig.

    Erm... ermmmmm..... well, remotely, in that it's fizzy and made of fruit... ;)

    If it does, then its either an abomination of a pear cider, or you normally drink abhorrent cava...

    :rotfl: :o I have very little sense of taste, tho my sense of smell is sometimes intact.... :rotfl: family history says that its because of the amount of catarrh I had as a child, in all the pollution that was around in those days :o:o bubbles... alcohol.... thats all I ask.. :o:D

    Well, yep you'll get bubbles and alcohol. I've only had the pear cider you can buy in Ikea (Kopperburgs, or something like that?) and it was very very sweet.. not my sort of thing at all. But hopefully you'll like it!
