Good grief. You are always so busy and i hadnt realises the situation with your feet and arm.

Is it worth asking for the feet to be looked at again? Otherwise to get sleep can you rig a cage over them?

Keep after them - it took 11 months of pestering, but I finally got the MRI. Still waiting for the results of my left foot though- another two weeks until the doctor's appointment. It shouldn't be like this. You shouldn't have to live with the pain.

Thanks for all the replies. I was very down and a little bit upset yesterday (thanks menopause!) However today I feel a bit more like me What a difference a day makes! Best nights sleep for a long time.

I had a conversation with Cathgpt and it actually helped a lot. I am still going to get an appointment at the docs. I think the ganglion cyst that’s wrapped around a nerve has aggravated the dorsal nerve on the top of my foot. So, the things I’ve changed, the shoes that I wear the most and have orthotics in, I’ve changed the way they are laced to window lacing. This has made a massive difference and I think it could’ve been the main issue. Where the knot laid on my foot was causing pressure (why did I not put 2&2 together and figure this out?). I’m not tying them as tight. In bed last night I put a pillow and a cushion on top at the bottom of the bed. That was really good. This morning I feel like I’m learning how to walk again as I can move the sore foot more normally if that makes sense. Even my arm isn’t hurting as much!

Beautiful photos! The deer one made me smile. We looked up last week to see a deer near our back garden fence ( field behind). I forget how sizeable they can be!!

The boat pictures were stunning 🤩.
