Done the same when I was temporarily living at my dad's - his suet was only a couple of years ood but it was rancid. Had to stop him throwing out the rest of the casserole - fortunately it hadn't contaminated the lot

The doggos got a treat. The mince and crap was salvageable and will be on tonight’s menu. Early start tomorrow 3.30ish. Feel like I should go to bed now!

Good grief. You'll be well into your day!

At least the mince was salvageable. I may now add suet to the shopping list

Met the new GD. She seems to be a very content baby, unlike her big sister who has had a bit of a reality check and the parents might actually be realising that boundaries and the word no are needed. I’ll say no more on the matter.
It wasn’t the greatest of visits tbh. DD1s house is still in turmoil as she’s getting to grips with the painting. No room is complete and the only place to sit down is the bed. Couldn’t stay at DD2s as her lodger was there. We got sacked from painting as we weren’t doing it right.
Good new the pick up has finally been repaired and MOT’d. Only been out of action since January. It was an £800 bill. The solicitor has invoiced for the shenanigans that were going on. Still don’t feel like that has gone away and the architect has invoiced for his time even though we didn’t find him very helpful. It’s going to be a beans on toast kind of month.

Not very pleased with the puppy, while we were away she snacked on a magnolia plant I was waiting to plant. Nothing left completely obliterated.
Last night didn’t go to plan. We decided to finish off some steps that we didn’t get chance to last year. However, the cement mixer had other ideas and wouldn’t start.
Tonight we are going out in a friend’s boat, that should be good fun. He was out in it last night and saw Rossi dolphins, never heard of them so had to go and google.
