I was following the sat nav so it must need updating. As it was DS2 I was trying to drop off at a friend’s house, he did offer to pay it for me.

I had to have a word with the manager yesterday. On the nights when I’ve been running the kitchen they haven’t had a KP. I don’t mind helping out but as every other person has a KP it wasn’t very fair. Also the action of lifting the trays in and out of the dishwasher was really aggravating my arm. So much so when I get home and go to bed my arm feels like it’s on fire.
The planning portal has been down all weekend, I submitted my objection via email and the portal is working today so I’ve also completed it online. Just a question of waiting

If anyone has any words of wisdom on the following, please feel free to post, even if it’s to say don’t do that you muppet!

My conundrum is the following, I’m down to 3 bars of heating oil. The heating is switched off and the oil is used for hot water (cylinder). My current thinking is if it’s still mayhem and ridiculous prices, is to not order any oil until it becomes less extortionate and run off the immersion heater. I know that uses electric and has a cost. We did have to go that for a while when we were waiting to have a new boiler fitted. Thoughts on a postcard…

Obviously I’m not ready to order yet and it needs to get to 1 bar, just pondering my options.

Delurking to say from reading yesterday thr price is only go to go up as supply becomes more scarce, the situation doesnt seem to being resolved anytime soon. Use your immersion but is this effective cost wise long term say 6 months worth?

I think bite the bullet & order. It’s not going to get cheaper sadly.
