Oh woohoo to getting a pink one - fantastic! You must be so excited!
Some sleep stuff I have found - some of this may not apply at all, but might to someone else:
ANY alcohol at all affects the quality of my sleep at all. My Garmin has really underlined this to me as it's got quite good sleep tracking on it. However...
If you have anything like a FitBit, beware of too much reliance on the information it provides. My old FB used to tell me I got FAR less sleep than in fact I did as I think it basically tracked every time I moved position as me waking up. The Garmin if anything probably slews the other way, but as that means I worry less about "how much sleep I'm getting" I think the overall stress is reduced.
Avoiding having anything to drink within a couple of hours of bedtime helps reduce incidences of waking
I found that going to bed and just looking to go straight to sleep works for me sometimes - if I'm feeling sleepy when I get in, reading can often leave me feeling slightly awake, so just settling down straight for sleep helped me maximise my time actually asleep.
I've pretty much stopped having caffeine at all past about midday now. I'm not a coffee drinker anyway, but now use decaff teabags in the afternoons and evening as well.
Getting into bed with cold feet REALLY affects how fast I drop off, and my feet don't warm up fast even if the rest of me feels toasty under the covers!

Started job on Monday and they hadn't got me a desk. Luckily knowing the company my expectations weren't very high. Called the stationery chap they use and he came and measured up, so that's ordered and may arrive before Christmas. Late morning a computer arrived and to be honest I did very little on Monday. I've been invited to the Christmas lunch which I said I'd go. They asked if I wanted to do the secret Santa and I know I sound like a grinch but I said no. I don't know half the people who work in the office next door and I'll not be there from June onwards.
DD1 came in for a meeting on Tuesday as she will start in April full time which I hadn't realised and neither had she. She's still unclear what the job will be but by the time she starts I'll hopefully have more of an idea myself! It is nice working in a warm office, I go over to the shop at lunch to have dinner with OH and it is flipping freezing.
My car decided to be poorly on Saturday and went into limp mode. OH dropped it off yesterday at the garage and £400 later its fixed. New battery and some wires had come out of the wiring loom. I've been out in it today and it seems ok.
I've bought some wool to do the babies blanket, in girlie colours. Got some Christmas cards, thought I had some as I usually buy them in January but I can't find them. A last minute stocking filler and that was about it.
