I was recommended this company DB wider fit shoes. If you're interested I've got a code for a friend to get 10% off first order. I've got walking boots from them, my granny shoes (they're really frumpy but incredibly comfortable) and I did get some walking trainers but couldn't get on with those and gone back to Karrimor. Hope that helps.

On the radiators - it could be you need new TVR valves - if they are left in the off position for too long they kind of get locked. I got 4 for less than £20 on Am - and that resolved my upstairs heating issue... The meal did go well, thanks everyone. there’s 4 of us going on a ghost tour on Saturday night with a meal beforehand. It should be good. One of the guides was in our shop and I was quizzing him about it and asked him if anything had happened. He said he’d heard some chaps talking in a room upstairs and went to join them. When he got there the room was empty. Another story was a lady was cleaning a mirror and a hand print appeared in it. A few brave souls stay overnight and sometimes when the staff arrive for work it’s not unusual to find them sleeping in their cars!
DS2 has started his job in NZ. His poor GF has spent 12 hours in A&E as she’s been hit in the face by a horse. Her eye is really swollen and will be a corker of a black eye when it comes out.@EssexHebridean could be a future stop off point on your way to the Hebrides…..

I’ve had a lovely day. I took the dogs for a walk with my next door neighbour, then to the cafe for coffee and cake. She’s invited me to go with her and her mum to a Christmas fair tomorrow, which I said yes.
