4 weeks time we'll be into December! That's my big birthday coming up fast, eek!!! In work till dinnertime this morning then we're moving the last few bits out of storage. We've donated our mahoosive 12 man tent to the local scout group as our chaps loved their time there and the leader is a really nice bloke. So that will get rehomed today. Chest freezer is going to DS1, bed going to the tip and the table and electric cooker is coming to the workshop for now.
We were supposed to be going to a craft event tomorrow as we'd got free tickets but the girl who was supposed to be dropping them off hasn't turned up so that might not happen.
Hoping to give the car a hoover. I'm not overly fussed about the outside but I do like a clean interior. The boot takes me ages as I've got to de fluff it. Usually washing up gloves and some water to get rid of it. Very satisfying when its done.

Managed to get the tent rejoined but the rest has gone into storage. We’ll get the smaller trailer tomorrow and move some more things. It’s a bit awkward because of OHs foot and resting it but we’ll muddle through.Regarding the birthday, I haven’t got high expectations then I won’t be disappointed. OH sadly lacks inspiration and thoughtfulness. That way I protect myself

@savingholmes I don't really want anything. I did fancy a handmade wooden jewellery box and contacted a person who could make me one but I didn't take it any further.
Well yesterday didn't quite go according to plan. As the free tickets for the show didn't appear we decided to move the last few bits and bobs from storage. We used the smaller trailer as there was some things to go to the tip. Arrived at the tip to be told we needed a permit, but they did let us drive round to get out. Honestly, it was so annoying! If OH hadn't had a sore foot we'dve carried it in from some parking spaces. Did manage to drop the chest freezer off at DS1s. The trailer is in a shed still loaded ready for when we get back to do battle again.
Debating whether I can be bothered to clean the car as my get up and go seems to have gone.

I have a sneaking feeling our tip make you get a permit if you take stuff there using a van or a trailer L - annoying!
One of the friends I spent the weekend with has had to wear a moonboot thing too after the hospital decided she had got a hairline fracture in the ankle she went over on a few weeks ago. She was astonished when they said not only did they not want to see her again, they also didn't want the boot back!

@EssexHebridean No still feeling lazy but I will do it tomorrow, as it will annoy me on holiday. Plus the chaps were in and out of the workshop and the car would've been in the way (that's my excuse)

In exciting news my niece has had her baby 5 weeks early. He’s in an incubator but doing ok. It does mean I’ve got to get my crocheting skates on!

Went into work late because I wanted to get some more wool. Checked the website and the shop opened at 9.30, arrived and the note on the door said 10. Very annoyed. So I took my annoyance out on the car and have hoovered it out and de dog haired the boot. It does still resemble a mobile kennel!
We had trick or treaters round last night. I've never had them before and I don't know who was more excited. They were all very polite.
