House number envy

So will while putting the world to rights last night in the pub with my cronies this daft assertion was made
Single digit house numbers are classier than 2 or 3 digit house numbers
Now as I am moving from no 4 to no 108 do I need to remove the wheels from my car and place on blocks and keep the fridge at the side of the house in future ?

triple digits often suggest tower blocks, which are less desirable.
If you're on 108 Finchley Road - you're doing ok0 -
The worst is people insisting on naming their house something weird when they live on an estate and everyone else still knows it as 41 Peters Drive or whatever. 'Oh its a name not a number and its pronounced llyggytfeed- ighogedhaff '0

666 is the one to have, as I'm sure Mr Kushner will confirm, once he's combed his hair over the horns, and tucked his pointy tail into his pants.0

I must be doing ok then.......1,8,20

A little bit of snob in me agrees lol. I was always disappointed when I viewed houses with more than 2 numbers. I even lived at one
I'm a bit weird in that I love a 3 in my number somewhere, or it has to be divisible by 3 or somehow make a 3 (like 14 where you can take the 1 from the 4). Seriously coincidental that half of mine have actually the number 3!
I have bought at:
35
13
3 (yay!)
207 (the shame)
62
18
14
32

We don't have a road name, let alone a number.
Our full official Royal Mail address is housename, village, next village, county, postcode.0 -

I used to live at No 1. But there were only a total of 6 in the street.0

The only really good address was when Apsley House was
"Number 1, London".
