Hope you get some time to recuperate over the weekend SH. Sometimes you just have to go with the quick food options and I agree there are some ready meals you can keep in - here's some of my go to's for ideas:
Jacket potatoes with beans, frozen fish or fish cakes and oven chips with beans or mushy peas, Pasta with a tomato sauce and garlic bread, or make a lasagne using Dolmio, tarka dhal and rice, stir fry with spring rolls, and curry sauce with veg, rice and naans.
Not very healthy I know, but can be better than takeaways, and definitely better for the pocket."Think of many things, do one"
