@redofromstart Yeah my DD turns 18 this year - DS is 23 so we can leave them behind guilt-free other than exam season. That's the hope anyway. Enjoy your night in Bath... Do you dress up as the character or just like to walk the streets the characters walked?Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

I have never been, always wanted to go. I just want to see the places in the books. You deserve a night or 2 away. I always think that 2 nights is much better value - I love having a nice breakfast then going out for a few hours then coming back and chilling in the bar rather than having to eat breakfast and then checkout straight away. There are some good deals on secret escapes. They email each morning and I'm always tempted.3

Can you get in the assembly rooms and the pump house? Not sure it's been a while since I've been. Worried I may be mixing it with Harrogate in my mind - which also has a pump house / baths.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

I also think you should do 2 or 3 nights, the first night is a write-off as you unwind.

It feels amazing. I know we still have further to go but other than when we got the PPI reclaim this is the quickest we've ever paid off debt. Might have to do a little dance...
