Thanks Mark. Well I've had a much more productive today for work and home. Written about 1100 words today. DS gave our kitchen a thorough clean which cheered me up. My ad campaign seems to be working well this time. Just done another plug for my book on three main sites... Counting down to payday Friday. DD sent me back to McD today... I had xmas pud, ice cream and custard instead - very grown up. Grocery delivery tomorrow night. £ still on track.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Glad everything going well, nice of ds to clean the kitchen makes a big difference.
Hope you're having a good day, and a break from the McD taxi service!

I've finished slightly early for me today - will catch up another time.
Thanks HM - yes DS cleaning up is fab. Maintained today too so that's a bonus.
Hi WelshKitty. Our miniature labradoodle is gorgeous and very photogenic - particularly against coloured backgrounds. She got another walk today mid afternoon - so that's three daylight walks this week - and the occasional night walk.
The Am**** reports seem to be slightly behind all the time - but people are still reading and buying albeit slowly. I get paid tomorrow from my day job - so then will be able to spend a bit more on advertising. I can then see where that takes me. I hope to write some more of Book 2 tonight...

Devastated tonight as I found out an old friend had died of the virus. She was a key worker (outside NHS). Gutted. Only 50. Be careful folks. In better news my parents are due to get vaccinated this weekend. Really hope they roll out the vaccine quicker - as this prolonged 'living in fear' can't be good for any of us. I think me and DH will be in Group 6 - but even if we're not the govt are suggesting we should get vaccine by April. My work colleague who has the virus at the moment seems to be improving. Still waiting game for others we know though. Puts everything in context.
Given all the above it was great that DD picked tonight to cook tea - even before I found out... A friend had also been in touch earlier in the week and we've arranged a zoom call tomorrow so hopefully that will lift my spirits.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030
